摘 要:历史建筑绿色修缮(GRHB)工程是我国建筑业在新时期的重点创新发展领域,构建和推广具有中国特色的GRHB工程共同体,对促进GRHB技术应用推广和实现各参与方受益共享具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文分析了GRHB工程共同体的演变与发展进程,提出了GRHB工程共同体的组织结构构建方法和基于绿色建造理论的GRHB工程技术决策系统;建立了基于社会网络分析和利益相关者价值网络分析(SNA-SVNA)相结合的GRHB工程共同体分析方法,包括工程共同体构建与核心成员识别,价值流定性定量分析和成员受益度指标计算,建立了GRHB工程共同体分析的应用流程。以武汉市昙华林历史建筑绿色修缮项目为对象,进行了案例应用研究,验证了GRHB工程共同体构建方法的可行性和分析方法的可应用性。The green restoration of historic building(GRHB) engineering is a key innovation and development field in China’s construction industry in the new period, the establishment and extension of the GRHB engineering community with Chinese characteristics have important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the application and popularization of GRHB technology and realizing the benefit-sharing of all participants. This paper analyzed the evolution and development process of the GRHB engineering community, proposed the organizational structure construction method of the GRHB engineering community and the GRHB engineering technology decision-making system based on green construction theory;established an analysis method for the GRHB engineering community based on the combination of social network analysis and stakeholder value network analysis(SNA-SVNA), including the engineering community establishment and core members identification, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of value flows, and indicators calculation of member benefit degree;presented the application process of GRHB engineering community analysis. This paper took Tanhualin GRHB project in Wuhan as a case object, study to verify the feasibility of the construction method and the applicability of the analysis method for the GRHB engineering community.
