摘 要:靖海电厂2号600 MW燃煤机组3号高压加热器凝结水水位首次使用导波雷达液位计进行测量,并由导波雷达液位计转换为模拟量信号后远传至DCS系统,用于水位显示和调节。高压加热器水位测量准确度严重影响给水加热系统经济性和汽轮机安全。2号机组3号高压加热器使用导波雷达液位计测量水位存在波动大、不稳定的问题,分析水位测量不准确原因后进行可行性改进,取得良好改进效果,高压加热器水位测量和自动控制得到改善。The condensed water level of No.3 high pressure heater of 600 MW unit in Jinghai power plant was measured by guided wave radar level gauge for the first time,which is converted into analog signal by guided wave radar level gauge and transmitted to DCS system for water level display and regulation.The accuracy of water level measurement of high-pressure heater seriously affects the economy of feedwater heating system and the safety of steam turbine.The guided wave radar level gauge used by the No.3 high-pressure heater of unit 2 to measure the water level has the problems of large fluctuation and instability.After analyzing the reasons for the inaccurate water level measurement,the feasibility improvement has been carried out,and good improvement results have been achieved.The water level measurement and automatic control of the high-pressure heater have been improved.
