摘 要:电容器是电力系统重要的无功补偿设备,并联电容器组频繁投切补偿电网无功过程中会产生严重的涌流和谐波,母线上瞬间大电流也对电容器单元运行安全威胁极大。设计一种基于无线传感技术的并联电容器母线电流在线监测传感器,通过取能电路、测量电路、保护外壳分析,确定传感器采用铁心直接在母线进行高压取能、罗氏线圈测量的结构,并封装于一体式铝壳体系统中,利用内置A/D、ZigBee通信协议栈的CC2530芯片以及专用信号处理电路实现电容器母线大电流测量,并在实验室进行验证。该装置解决了铁心磁性饱和下高位取能、大电流准确测量问题,实现了传感器现场高压绝缘、抗干扰和无线组网设计的整体性能优化。Capacitor is an important reactive power compensation equipment in power system.Shunt capacitor banks are frequently switched to compensate the reactive power of power grid,which produces serious inrush current and harmonic.The instantaneous large current on the bus poses a great threat to the operation safety of capacitor units.In this paper,an on-line monitoring sensor of shunt capacitor bus current based on wireless sensing technology is designed.Through the analysis of energy acquisition circuit,measurement circuit and protective shell,it is determined that the sensor adopts the structure of high-voltage energy acquisition and Rogowski coil measurement directly on the bus with iron core,which is sealed in an integrated aluminum shell system.Using CC2530 chip with built-in A/D and ZigBee communication protocol stack and special signal processing circuit,the high current measurement of capacitor bus is realized and verified in the laboratory.The device solves the problems of high-level energy extraction and high-current accurate measurement under the magnetic saturation of the iron core,and realizes the overall performance optimization of the sensor field high-voltage insulation,anti-interference and wireless networking design.
