摘  要:为了提高在变电作业复杂环境中运行人员对500 kV断路器液压机构频繁打压缺陷的应急处置能力,研究了HDB-5型液压碟簧机构频繁打压的原因,从实际案例中总结了常见的HDB-5型液压碟簧机构频繁打压的类别,为快速可靠地处理500 kV断路器液压机构频繁打压缺陷提供参考,针对变电站运行角度提出该类缺陷的运维处理指引。In order to improve the emergency handling ability of operators for frequent pressing defects of hydraulic mechanism of 500 kV circuit breaker in complex environment of substation operation,the causes of frequent pressing of HDB-5 hydraulic disc spring mechanism studied.The common types of frequent pressing of hdb-5 hydraulic disc spring mechanism are summarized from the actual cases,which provides a reference for quickly and reliably dealing with the frequent pressing defects of 500 kV circuit breaker hydraulic mechanism,and puts forward the operation and maintenance treatment guidelines for this kind of defects from the perspective of substation operation.
