摘  要:输电线路弧垂观测是线路架设施工的关键工序,弧垂弛度直接影响线路施工和运行的安全。国网安徽省电力有限公司和安徽送变电工程有限公司联合研制的线路施工紧线行走小车弧垂观测装置,主要用于线路施工紧线过程的导地线弧垂观测,形成的基于卫星定位技术的输电线路弧垂观测施工工法适用于各种电压等级多种分裂型式的导线弧垂观测,解决了雾天、夜间等非可视条件下的弧垂观测难题。该装置在±800 kV雅江线、白江线等十余个工程成功应用,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Transmission line sag observation is a key process in line construction,and the sag degree directly affects the safety of line construction and operation.The arc sag observation device of compact walking trolley for line construction jointly developed by Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.and Anhui Power Transmission and Substation Engineering Co.,Ltd.of China National Grid is mainly used for ground line sag measurement and observation during line construction.The construction method of transmission line sag observation based on satellite positioning technology is suitable for different voltage levels and different split types of traverse sag observation.It solves the problem of sag observation under non-visible conditions such as fog and night.It has been successfully applied in over ten projects such as±800 kV Yajiang Line and Baijiang Line,and has good economic and social benefits.
