摘 要:传统测试系统自动化水平低,设计复杂,开发周期和成本较高。针对以上不足,设计了一种面向继电保护装置的单板测试系统,该系统主要由测试机箱、测试程序和上位机组成,上位机通过以太网与测试机箱通信,借助FTP和telnet技术自主完成测试程序的发送、执行及测试结果的获取等功能。以继电保护装置内的CPU单板作为研究对象,结果表明设计的自动测试系统可对单板进行有效的功能性测试,大幅度提高了继电保护装置调试通过率。The traditional test system has disadvantages of low automation level,complex design,high system development cycle and cost.In view of the above shortcomings,a single board test system for relay protection device is designed.The system is mainly composed of test case,test program and master computer.The master computer communicates with the test case through Ethernet,and independently completes the functions of sending and executing the test program and obtaining the test results with the help of FTP and telnet technology.Taking the CPU board in the relay protection device as the research object,the results show that the automatic test system designed in this paper can effectively test the function of the board and greatly improve the debugging pass rate of the relay protection device.
