摘　　要：伴随着我国中央企业的改革转型,以经济增加值(EVA)为基础的业绩考核方式在中央企业不断推广和落实。为了进一步探究EVA业绩考核制度在我国的实施效果,对2007—2020年A股上市公司进行研究,实证分析了EVA业绩考核对企业分类转移的影响作用。研究发现:在推行实施EVA业绩考核后,我国中央企业的分类转移行为明显减少,企业内部控制质量在这一关系中起到中介作用。进一步研究高管持股的调节作用后发现,高管持股水平对EVA业绩考核与企业分类转移的关系具有显著的负向调节作用,高管持股比重的增加会减弱EVA业绩考核对央企分类转移的抑制作用,并且这一调节作用会部分通过内部控制质量进行传导。With the reform and transformation of central enterprises, the performance assessment method based on economic value added has been continuously promoted and implemented in central enterprises.In order to further explore the implementation effect of the EVA performance assessment system in China, this paper takes A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020 in China as the research object, and empirically analyzes the effect of the EVA performance assessment system on the classification shifting of the corporation.The study finds that after the implementation of the EVA performance assessment system, the classification shifting behavior of central enterprises has been significantly reduced, and the quality of enterprise internal control plays an intermediary role in this relationship.After further studying the moderating effect of management shareholding, it is found that the level of management shareholding has a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between EVA performance assessment system and the classification shifting.The increase in the proportion of the share of executives will weaken the inhibitory effect of the EVA performance assessment on the classification shifting of central enterprises.And this modulating effect is partly conducted through internal control quality.
