摘　　要：目的为提升炒水红花子质量标准提供参考。方法以3个产地的16批炒水红花子为样品,按《中国药典》(2020年版)方法,测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物;对花旗松素进行TLC鉴别和HPLC含量测定;建立特征图谱方法。结果TLC鉴别中主斑点清晰、分离度好。样品中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、花旗松素含量分别为3.1%~9.5%、2.1%~9.8%、0.1%~6.8%、8.1%~22.9%、0.02%~0.47%。含量测定方法的线性关系、仪器精密度、样品稳定性、重复性和准确性良好;特征图谱确定了6个特征峰。结论该研究建立的方法简便可靠,可为炒水红花子的质量标准提升提供参考。OBJECTIVE To provide reference for improving the quality standard of Polygoni Orientalis Fructus Tostum.METHODS Totally 16 batches of Polygoni Orientalis Fructus Tostum from different sites were collected as samples.According to the relevant methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),the contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and soluble extracts were determined.TLC and HPLC method was used to identify and determine taxifolin.The specific chromatogram was established.RESULTS TLC identification showed that in the chromatogram of the sample for test,the main plot was clear with good separating degree.The contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,soluble extracts and contents of taxifolin in 16 batches of samples were 3.1%~9.5%,2.1%~9.8%,0.1%~6.8%,8.1%~22.9%,0.02%~0.47%,respectively.The mass concentration of taxifolin showed good linear relationships,instrument precision,sample stability,repeatability and accuracy.HPLC specific chromatogram was established,and six characteristic peaks were identified.CONCLUSION The feasible and accurate method can be used to provide reference for improving the quality standard of Polygoni Orientalis Fructus Tostum.
