小陷胸汤胃内漂浮片的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优化小陷胸汤胃内漂浮片处方药材的最佳提取工艺。方法以盐酸小檗碱、盐酸黄连碱和盐酸巴马汀为评价指标,采用HPLC法分析测定小陷胸汤中3种生物碱的含量,通过L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺组合为A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(3),即乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1∶16(g·mL^(-1)),提取时间为1.5 h,提取次数为3次。结论该提取工艺操作简便、准确可行,为小陷胸汤胃内漂浮片的制剂工艺研究奠定了基础。OBJECTIVE The optimal extraction process of XiaoXianXiong Decoction gastric floating tablets prescription medicinal materials was optimized.METHODS Contents of coptisine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride as evaluation indexes,and determination of three alkaloids in Xiaoxianxiong Decoction by HPLC,the optimal extraction conditions were selected by L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimal technology was A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(3),that is ethanol volume fraction 70%,the material-liquid ratio 1∶16(g·mL^(-1)),the extraction time is 1.5 h,and the number of extraction is 3 times.CONCLUSION The extraction process is simple,accurate and feasible,this study lay a foundation for the preparation technology of XiaoXianXiong Decoction gastric floating tablets.
