金属检测仪在中药片剂金属异物检测中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的筛选三种不同中药片剂采用金属检测仪检测金属异物的最佳参数。方法以检测准确率为指标,选择检测等级、进料速度、排除时间,用单因素考察法确定因素水平;再用正交实验方法优选出最佳检测参数。结果中药片剂A的最佳检测参数:检测等级5、进料速度60 V、排除时间150 ms;中药片剂B的最佳检测参数:检测等级6、进料速度60 V、排除时间200 ms;中药片剂C的最佳检测参数:检测等级24、进料速度50 V、排除时间250 ms。结论优化的检测参数稳定、可行,检测准确率均达到99.7%以上,符合生产要求。OBJECTIVE Screening for optimum parameters of metal detector when detecting for metallic impurity in three different TCM tablets.METHODS After the detection level,feeding speed and elimination time were selected,the factor level was determined by single factor investigation method with the detection accuracy as the index.After that,the optimal detection parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment.RESULTS The optimal detection parameter of TCM tablets A was chosen with detection level set at 5,feeding speed set at 60 V,and elimination time set at 150 ms.The optimal detection parameter of TCM tablets B was chosen with detection level set at 6,feeding speed set at 60 V,and elimination time set at 200 ms.The optimal detection parameter of TCM tablets C was chosen with detection level set at 24,feeding speed set at 50 V,and elimination time set at 250 ms.CONCLUSION After optimization,the detection parameters are stable and feasible,and the detection accuracy is above 99.7%,which meets the production requirements.
