摘　　要：目的分析我院2018~2020年门诊药房不合理处方,促进儿童合理用药。方法通过回顾性分析不合理处方32100张,并归纳总结。结果不合理处方率呈逐年上升趋势,其中用药不适宜处方逐年下降;不合理处方退费率逐年下降。结论药师的干预水平不断提升,门诊处方质量得以改善,使门诊的退费率大大降低,提升了门诊患者满意度。OBJECTIVE To analyze the irrational prescriptions in the Outpatient Pharmacy of Kunming Children′s Hospital from 2018 to 2020 and facilitate the rational drug use of children.METHODS 32100 irrational prescriptions were retrospectively analyzed,generalized and summarized.RESULTS The rate of irrational prescriptions rose year by year,in the midst of them,the rate of inappropriate prescriptions for usage of medication came down every year;the rate of refund of irrational prescriptions dropped year by year.CONCLUSION Along with the constant promotion of pharmacists′intervention level,the quality of outpatient prescriptions gets an improvement,so that the rate of refund of clinic has a significant decrease,and the satisfaction degree of outpatients gets a promotion.
