摘 要:目的:探讨多导胃肠功能测定仪对糖尿病患者食管运动功能评估价值,分析食管运动功能障碍影响因素。方法:选取医院就诊的100例糖尿病患者,均采用多导胃肠功能测定仪评估食管运动功能状况,并依据食管运动障碍发生情况将其分为发生组(21例)和未发生组(79例),设计基线资料统计表,统计两组患者的基线资料,重点分析糖尿病患者发生食管运动障碍的影响因素。结果:发生组与未发生组患者病程及空腹血糖(FBG)比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.991,t=18.411;P<0.05),两组患者合并自主神经病变比较,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=15.022,P<0.05);Logistics回归分析,病程长、合并自主神经病变及FBG水平高均是糖尿病患者发生食管运动障碍的影响因素(OR=2.171,OR=21.594,OR=7.342;P<0.05)。结论:多导胃肠功能测定仪可较为准确评估食管运动功能,糖尿病患者食管运动功能障碍可能与病程长、合并自主神经病变及FPG水平高有关。Objective:To explore the estimated value of multichannel gastrointestinal function analyzer on esophageal motor function and the influence factor of that on esophageal motor dysfunction of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients received multi-channel gastrointestinal function analyzer to assess the status of esophageal motor function,and these patients were divided into occurrence group(21 cases)and non-occurrence group(79 cases)according to whether occurred esophageal motor dysfunction.The designed statistical table of baseline data was used to analyze the baseline date of patients in two groups as statistical method,and the influence factors that patients with diabetes mellitus occurred esophageal motor dysfunction were the key points of selective analysis.Results:The differences of course of disease and fasting blood-glucose(FBG)between occurrence group and non-occurrence group were significant(t=3.991,t=18.411,P<0.05),respectively,and the difference of the complication with autonomic neuropathy between two groups was significant(x2=15.022,P<0.05).The results of Logistics regression analysis indicated the long course of disease,complication with autonomic neuropathy and the high level of FBG were the influence factors of occurring esophageal motor dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus(OR=2.171,OR=21.594,OR=7.342,P<0.05).Conclusion:The multichannel gastrointestinal function analyzer can more accurately assess esophageal motor function.The long course of disease,the complication with autonomic neuropathy and the high level of FBG might relate to esophageal motor dysfunction of patients with diabetes mellitus.
