摘　　要：目的:构建区域卫生信息平台管理系统,评价其在心内科医疗信息管理中的应用。方法:遵循统一标准、资源共享、互联互通和安全保密的原则设计区域卫生信息平台管理系统,软件采用Java2平台企业版(J2EE)技术规范和标准,基于SpringBoot+Mybatis框架使用Java语言进行开发,构建时需结合心内科患者信息管理办法,实现线上预约诊疗、心内科患者信息的管理及追溯、不良事件记录、数据共享及传递等工作。收集医疗信息管理资料,并将其分为管理系统实施后组与实施前组,对比两组心内科医护人员的工作质量评分、心内科患者经历的基础管理工作时间、患者对管理方法的满意度。结果:管理系统实施后组与实施前组相比医护人员的病区管理、基础管理、药品器械管理、文书书写评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.851,t=5.169,t=3.945,t=3.349;P<0.05);配药时间、取药时间、诊疗等待时间以及缴费时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.104,t=9.229,t=4.875,t=7.317;P<0.05)。管理系统实施后组与实施前组相比患者对该管理方法的满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.002,P<0.05)。结论:基于区域卫生信息平台管理系统在心内科医疗信息管理的应用,使医护人员工作质量明显提高,患者对此管理方法的满意度也较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the construction of management system of regional health information platform and the application of that in cardiology department.Methods:The management system of regional health information platform was designed according to the principle of"unified standards,resource sharing,interconnection and security".The technical specification and standard of Java 2 platform enterprise edition(J2EE)were adopted,and Java language was used to develop that based on SpringBoot+Mybatis frame.In construction,the management method of patient information of Cardiology Department was combined with that to realize subscription of diagnosis and treatment online,the management and retrospection of patient information of Cardiology Department,the record of adverse events,data sharing and data delivery.The management data of medical information were divided into“after implementation”group and“before implementation”group after these data of medical information were collected.The scores of work quality of paramedics,the experienced basic working time of patients and the satisfaction of patients on management method in Cardiology Department between two groups were compared.Results:The management of inpatient ward,the basic management,the management of drug and apparatus and the score of writing record in“after implementation”group were significantly higher than those in“before implementation”group(t=4.851,t=5.169,t=3.945,t=3.349,P<0.05),respectively.And the time of dispensing medicines,the time of getting medicine,waiting time for diagnosis and treatment,and payment time in“after implementation”group were significantly shorter than those in“before implementation”group(t=5.104,t=9.229,t=4.875,t=7.317,P<0.05),respectively.In addition,the satisfaction of patients on management method in“after implementation”group were significantly higher than that in“before implementation”group(x^(2)=4.002,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of management system based on regional health informa
