摘　　要：目的:通过对XBone型便携式X射线机透射靶球管焦点大小、形态及射线束焦点分布的定性测试、分析与评估,促使放射医学影像医技人员对透射靶球管结构、性能及其特征的理解和认知,便于开展临床研究工作。方法:利用自制铅箔微孔成像焦点测量板,采用微孔成像法测得XBone型便携式X射线机球管有效焦点的大小、形态及焦点投影平面分布效应。对比XBone型便携式X射线机与VX3733-SYS型数字化医用X射线摄影系统反射靶球管焦点微孔成像效果。结果:XBone型便携式X射线机透射靶球管的有效焦点形态为圆形,直径为0.29 mm;有效焦点的焦点投影平面呈同心圆对称性向四周分布,不存在阳极效应特征,有效焦点线量强度分布为单峰波形。而VX3733-SYS型数字化医用X射线摄影系统反射靶球管的有效焦点形态为方形,焦点投影平面分布有明显的足跟效应,有效焦点线量强度分布为双峰波形。结论:XBone型便携式X射线机透射靶X射线球管的焦点为圆形,与反射靶同尺寸焦点相比,具有极限分辨率高和辐射剂量低的优点,适用于儿童骨龄摄影检查。Objective:Through the qualitative test,analysis and evaluation of the focus size,shape and beam focus distribution of the transmission target tube of the XBone portable X-ray machine,to promoted the understanding and cognition of the structure,performance and characteristics of the transmission target tube to the radiological medical imaging technicians to facilitate the clinical work.Methods:The size,shape and plane distribution effect of effective focal point of the tube of XBone portable X-ray machine were measured by the method of micropore imaging with self-made lead foil micropore imaging focus measuring plate,which was compared with Carestream digital medical X-ray radiography system focus micropole imaging of reflection target tube.Results:The effective focus of the transmission target tube of XBone portable X-ray machine was circular with a diameter of 0.29mm;the focus projection plane of the effective focus was distributed symmetrically distributed in concentric circles,and there was no anodic effect characteristics;the intensity distribution of the focus line was a single peak waveform.By contrast,the effective focus shape of the reflection target tube of the Carestream digital medical X-ray radiography system was square;the focus projection plane has obvious heel effect;the intensity distribution of the focus line was a bimodal waveform.Conclusion:The focal point of transmission target X-ray tube of XBone portable X-ray machine is circular.Compared with the focal point of reflection target of the same size,it has the advantages of high limit resolution and low radiation dose.It is suitable for skeletal age radiography in children.
