摘 要:目的:检测预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器物理参数,以提高其灭菌安全性。方法:选取北京地区11家三级甲等医院位于医院消毒供应中心内且容积均>800 L的25台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器,应用无线温度-压力-时间检测仪,进行114次灭菌程序中的温度、压力及时间物理参数检测,其中62次空载运行,52次满载运行。将检测结果与预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器自带的物理参数记录结果进行对比研究。结果:62次空载运行及52次满载运行中无线温度-压力-时间检测仪记录的灭菌时间合格率分别为69.5%和76.92%,均低于记录的灭菌器自身灭菌时间合格率,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=20.138,x^(2)=11.359;P<0.05);62次空载灭菌程序与52次满载灭菌程序之间无线温度-压力-时间检测仪记录的温度、时间及压力合格率均无统计学意义(x^(2)=0.058,x^(2)=0.481,x^(2)=0.000;P>0.05)。结论:预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器自带的物理参数记录并不能始终正确反映灭菌舱及灭菌物品内的物理参数,对预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器进行温度、压力及时间物理参数的定期检测有助于即时发现灭菌器的运行问题,提高灭菌的安全性。Objective:To detect the physical parameters of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer to improve its sterilization safety.Methods:A total of 25 pre-vacuum pressure-steam sterilizers with volume>800L located in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)of 11 tertiary Grade A hospitals were selected.The wireless temperature-pressure-time detector was used to detect the of temperature,pressure and time physical parameters in 114 sterilization procedures,including 62 nonload sterilization procedures and 52 full-load sterilization procedures.The detection results were compared with the recorded physical parameters of the pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer.Results:In 62 non-load sterilization procedures and 52 full-load sterilization procedures,the qualified rate of sterilization time recorded by the wireless temperature-pressure-time detector was lower than that of the corresponding sterilization time record of the sterilizer,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=20.138,x^(2)=11.359,P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the temperature,time and pressure qualification rate recorded by the wireless temperature-pressure-time detector between 62 non-load sterilization procedures and 52 full-load sterilization procedures(x^(2)=0.058,x^(2)=0.481,x^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion:The physical parameter records of the prevacuum pressure steam sterilizer cannot always correctly reflect the physical parameters in the sterilization chamber and the sterilized items.The periodical detection of temperature,pressure and time physical parameters of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers can help to immediately find out the operation problems of the sterilizer and improve the safety of sterilization.
