摘　　要：分析非接触式眼压计(NCT)的校验结果和预防性维护方案,探讨其对设备基本性能和运行状况的影响,保障NCT的安全性和有效性。通过对医院14台NCT进行校验,按照模拟眼中的标准眼压值在30 mmHg和60 mmHg量程下进行校准并验证校准结果,对校验前后的校正系数、测量误差和重复性进行综合评定,结合医院对NCT的管理经验,提出科学合理的预防性维护方案。NCT的校正系数和测量误差通过校准后有明显改善,重复性无明显改变,且定期对NCT进行校验和预防性维护有利于提高设备的准确性,能够有效提高设备使用效率,减低故障率,更好地保障患者健康。To study the calibration results and preventive maintenance plan of non-contact tonometer(NCT)and understand its impact on the basic performance and operating conditions of the equipment to ensure the safety and effectiveness of NCT.By calibrating of 14 NCTs in the hospital,according to the standard intraocular pressure value in the simulated eye,the calibration was carried out under the range of 30 mmHg and 60 mmHg,and the calibration result was verified.The correction coefficient,measurement error and repeatability before and after calibration were evaluated comprehensively.Scientific and reasonable preventive maintenance scheme was put forward in combination with the management experience of NCT in hospital.The coefficient of correction and the measurement error of NCT were significantly improved after calibration,and the repeatability was not significantly altered.Periodical calibration and preventive maintenance of NCT can improve the accuracy of equipment,improve the efficiency of equipment use,reduce the failure rate,and better protect the health of patients.
