摘 要:首饰表面电镀铑能够提高其装饰效果,颜色是重要的指标之一,但是在生产中常出现颜色不佳和评价不客观的问题。采用硫酸铑体系在18K金表面电沉积铑,通过分光光度计、激光共聚焦显微镜、场发射扫描电镜等手段研究了镀膜时间、电压、镀件结构、悬挂方式等工艺因素对铑镀层颜色的影响。结果表明,采用分光光度计可以定量分析铑镀层的颜色指标及其分布均匀性,为稳定控制生产提供保障。随着电压的提高和镀膜时间的延长,镀层亮度下降,颜色向偏红、偏黄方向转变,颜色均匀性变差,边缘的黄度和色度普遍高于中央部位,亮度则相反。对于具有狭缝类结构的试样,垂直悬挂电镀有利于减少内外壁的色差,随着狭缝内高的加大,悬挂方式对色差的影响减小。The decorative effectiveness of jewelry can be improved by electroplating rhodium on its surface, and color is one of the important index, while problems such as undesirable color and subjective evaluation often occur in production.Rhodium electroplating was conducted on the surface of 18K gold in a rhodium sulfate bath. Several factors i.e.electroplating time, voltage, as well as structure and hanging mode of substrate on the color of rhodium film were studied by spectrophotometry, laser scanning confocal microscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the color index and distribution uniformity of rhodium film could be measured quantitatively by using a spectrophotometer, which could guarantee the stable control of production quality. With the increasing of voltage and the extending of electroplating time, the rhodium film showed a decrease in brightness and uniformity of color, and tends to be red and yellow in color. The yellowness and chromaticity of the films at edges were generally higher than that at the center,while the brightness demonstrate the opposite phenomenon. For the substrate with slit structure, the color difference of rhodium film between internal and external walls could be reduced by hanging it vertically during electroplating. With the increasing of the slit height, the effect of hanging mode on the color difference of film between internal and external walls was weakened.
