摘  要:针对某660 MW燃煤电厂主厂房结构中的大型煤斗,考虑其实际形状与质量,基于抗震性能化设计理论在SAP2000软件中分别以三维梁单元和质量点单元的形式进行建模,并对两种模型进行结构动力分析,研究两种煤斗模拟方式对结构整体与关键部位设计和分析的差异性,为火电厂结构的设计提供参考。结果表明:两种模拟方式对结构整体的地震响应影响相当,对煤斗和结构连接部位的扭矩和弯矩影响最大,剪力和轴力次之。三维梁单元模型中煤斗和结构连接处受扭影响较大,且分析得到的位移结果偏小。质量点单元模型会忽略煤斗在局部产生的内力影响,造成结构设计偏于不安全。The shape and quality of the large coal bucket in the main structure of a 660MW coal-fired power plant were considered,based on PBSD theory,the three-dimensional beam element and the mass point element were modeled in the SAP2000,and the structural dynamic analysis of the two models was carried out.The difference between the two simulation methods of coal bucket for the design and analysis of the whole structure and the key parts of the structure was studied,and a reference for the structural design of thermal power plant was provided.The results show that the two methods have the same effect on the seismic response of the whole structure,and the torque and the moment in the connecting part of coal bucket and structure are the most important,followed by the shear force and axial force.In the three-dimensional beam element model,the joints between coal bucket and structure are greatly affected by the torsion,and the displacement results obtained by analysis are small.The mass point element model will ignore the influence of the internal force produced by the coal bucket,resulting in unsafe structure design.
