摘　　要：智能配电网自愈功能可以及时检测出系统故障,对系统不安全状态进行预警,并进行相应的操作,使其不影响对用户的正常供电或将其影响降至最小。通过利用智能电源技术、光纤及物联网通讯技术、模拟仿真技术以及程控加载设故技术,结合环网柜及配电自动化终端设备的物理仿真,建设模拟真实生产现场环境的网架线路,实现常规生产中不易发生的运行工况、故障异常的灵活模拟控制,对配电运维检修人员及新入职员工进行仿真培训,使其熟练掌握配电网自愈功能逻辑,提高处理各种实际问题的能力。The self-healing function of intelligent distribution network can detect system faults in time,warn the unsafe state of the system,and carry out corresponding operations,so that it will not affect the normal power supply to users or minimize its impact.Through the use of intelligent power supply technology,optical fiber and Internet of things communication technology,simulation technology and program-controlled loading fault design technology,combined with the physical simulation of ring network cabinet and distribution automation terminal equipment,the grid line simulating the real production site environment is constructed to realize the flexible simulation control of operation conditions and fault abnormalities that are not easy to occur in conventional production,and the simulation training is carried out for distribution operation and maintenance personnel and new employees,Master the logic of distribution network and improve its ability to deal with various practical problems.
