摘 要:HN1000-6.43型汽轮机是上海汽轮机厂与德国西门子共同设计制造的核电百万千瓦级汽轮机,其再热主汽阀和再热调阀选用德国ADAMS-NSKDN1300/PN25蝶阀。国内首台机组在调试期间,再热主汽阀和再热调阀多次出现快关过程中在低阀位出现停顿、关闭速度变缓的异常现象。文中重点对HN1000-6.43型汽轮机再热阀的关闭特性及再热阀关闭过程中各种力矩变化进行分析,并对再热阀进行的优化改进情况进行介绍。Hn1000-6.43 steam turbine is a nuclear power megawatt steam turbine jointly designed and manufactured by Shanghai steam turbine works and German Siemens.The German adams-nskdn1300/pn25 butterfly valve is selected as its reheat main steam valve and reheat regulating valve.During the commissioning of the first unit in China,the reheat main steam valve and reheat regulating valve repeatedly stopped at the low valve position and the closing speed slowed down during the fast closing process.This paper focuses on the analysis of the closing characteristics of the reheat valve of hn1000-6.43 steam turbine and various torque changes during the closing process of the reheat valve,as well as the optimization and improvement of the reheat valve.
