摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,梳理与归纳红色体育发展历程、特点,并提出新时代启示。红色体育经历了萌芽期、形成期、成熟期三个阶段,发展特点:以马克思主义为指导、以人民为中心、以民族救亡为主题、继承传统体育并普及近代体育。新时代启示:坚持党对体育事业的全面领导,不断提升人民体育获得感和幸福感,让改革创新成为引领体育事业发展的第一动力,传承红色体育精神、赓续红色血脉。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper sorted out and summarized the development course and characteristics of red sports, and put forward enlightenment for the new era. Red sports have experienced three stages: germination, formation and maturity. The development characteristics of red sports: It takes Marxism as the guidance, people as the center,national salvation as the theme, inherits traditional sports and popularizes modern sports, which is an important stage in the process of sports modernization. Enlightenment for the new era: We should adhere to the Party’s overall leadership over the sports cause, constantly improve the people’s sense of gain and happiness in sports, take reform and innovation as the first driving force to lead the development of sports cause, and inherit and carry forward the red sports spirit.
