摘 要:指挥决策的一个重要部分是灭火战术的选择。结合Delphi法构建火灾现场条件指标体系,运用AHP确定各指标的权重,然后创建一种基于目标函数的灭火战术选择的方法模型,该方法模型使不同的条件指标对战术选择的影响得以量化,从而使战术的选择更具有可比性,便于火灾现场战术的抉择。运用此模型,辅助火灾灭火战术选择,证实了一定的合理性。实例表明,该方法可为现场指挥员进行灭火战术抉择时提供决策参考。An important part of command decision-making is the choice of firefighting tactics.Combined with the Delphi method,the condition index system of the fire scene is constructed,and the weight of each index is determined by using AHP.Then a method model for the selection of firefighting tactics based on the objective function is established.Thus,the choice of tactics is more comparable,and it is convenient for the choice of tactics at the fire scene.It has been confirmed that it is reasonable to use this model to assist in the choice of firefighting tactics.The example shows that it can provide decision-making references for on-site commanders to make firefighting tactical decisions.
