摘　　要：基层消防指挥员的指挥决策能力至关重要。结合当前指挥员队伍内部管理现状,分析了基层指挥员在指挥方面的不足,指出影响其能力提升的一些因素,为基层指挥员破旧立新以及提高指挥能力提供了一些途径。The direction capability of fire commanders are vital to firefighting and rescue.Given the current situation of internal management,the paper analyzes the insufficiency of these commanders in onsite direction,and points out some factors that undermined their conducts and provides some ways for abolishing something old and blazes a new trail in improving commanders’ability.
