摘 要:以掌握园林观赏植物在不同光照环境中的生理响应机理为目标,将杜鹃、万寿菊、栀子花作为研究对象,设置T_(1)(100/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))、T_(2)(500/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))、T_(3)(1000/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))、T_(0)(1500/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))4种强度的光照环境,研究了3种植物在差异性光照环境下的热害指数、叶绿素水平、酶活性以及综合性的光适应性。结果显示:3种园林植物随着光强的增加,总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b水平均有所减弱。光强为T_(3)时3种植物SOD活性达到最大,光强增加到最高强度时植株SOD活性回落;光强减弱的同时植物机体POD活性、CAT活性提升,光强最大时3种植物的POD活性、CAT活性也达到最大值;最后,以光合指标数据为基础,基于隶属函数法对植物的综合光适应性进行评价,3种园林植物的光适应性均较为理想,其中,栀子花的光适应性最为突出。With the goal of grasping the physiological response mechanism of ornamental plants in different light environments,rhododendron,marigold,and gardenia were taken as the research objects,and the heat damage index,chlorophyll level,enzyme activity and comprehensive light adaptability of the three plants under different light environments-T_(1)(100/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)),T_(2)(500/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)),T_(3)(1000/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))and T_(0)(1500/μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))-were studied.The results showed that the levels of total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of the three garden plants decreased with the increase of light intensity.When the light intensity was T3,the SOD activities of the three plants reached the maximum,and when the light intensity increased to the highest intensity,the SOD activities of the plants dropped.At the same time,the POD activities and CAT activities of the plants increased when the light intensity decreased,and the POD activities of the three plants were at the maximum light intensity;CAT activities also reached the maximum value.Finally,based on the photosynthetic index data,the comprehensive light adaptability of plants was evaluated based on the membership function method.The light adaptability of three garden plants was ideal,of which gardenia was the most prominent.
