摘  要:研究旨在了解贵州省某养殖场内肉鸡禽白血病的感染情况,对该场疑似感染禽白血病病毒(ALV)的20只发病鸡进行病理剖检、PCR检测,并对阳性条带进行测序比对,构建系统进化树。结果显示:发病鸡肝脏肿大、有白色肿瘤结节;肾脏肿大、有肿瘤样结节,质黑如颗粒状;脾脏肿大;气管出血。PCR检测结果显示,20只发病鸡中有12只鸡存在ALV感染;对阳性样品进行ALV分型鉴定可知,阳性样品在422 bp处出现特异性扩增条带,阳性率为60%(12/20)。测序结果显示,所得序列与J亚群参考株J-AHaq02的相似性最高(99.8%)。研究表明,12只禽白血病患病鸡均为J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)感染,所得序列与ALV-J聚于一支。The study aims to understand the infection of avian leukaemia in broilers in a farm in Guizhou Province.Pathological autopsy and PCR detection were performed on 20 chickens suspected of being infected with avian leukemia virus(ALV)in the field,and the positive bands were sequenced and compared to construct a phylogenetic tree.The results showed that the diseased chickens had enlarged liver with white tumor nodules,enlarged kidneys with tumor-like nodules with black granular quality,enlarged spleen,tracheal hemorrhage.The PCR test results showed that 12 of the 20 sick chickens had ALV infection.The ALV typing and identification of the positive samples showed that the positive samples had a specific amplification band at 422 bp,and the positive rate was 60%(12/20).The sequencing results showed that the obtained sequence had the highest similarity(99.8%)with the J subgroup reference strain J-AHaq02.The study indicates that 12 chickens with avian leukemia were all infected with avian leukemia virus of subgroup J(ALV-J),and the obtained sequences were clustered with ALV-J.
