摘　　要：目的:通过对46例小阴唇肥大患者缩小整形效果的观察,并查阅近几年文献报道,进行经验总结,以期对临床该类手术的选择提供参考。方法:2015年4月-2020年12月,对46例小阴唇肥大患者,采取楔形皮瓣法、游离缘弧线切除法、楔形皮瓣法联合阴蒂包皮部分切除术等进行缩小整形。结果:本组46例患者,手术切口均一期愈合,未出现切口感染、血肿、裂开等并发症,患者术前不适症状明显改善,随访1~6个月,外观形态满意。结论:结合患者自身特点选择个性化小阴唇缩小整形术,能够实现美学形态与生理功能的完美统一。Objective To provide reference for the selection of labia minora reduction plastic surgery in clinic, by summarized the experience of 46 patients with hypertrophy of the labia minora, and reviewed the literature reports in recent years. Methods From April 2015 to December 2020, 46 patients with hypertrophy of labia minora were treated with wedge-shaped flap, edge arc resection, wedge-shaped flap combined with partial clitoral prepuce resection. Results All the incisions of the 46 patients were primary healing, without complications such as incision infection, hematoma and dehiscence, and the preoperative discomfort symptom was significantly improved. Following up for one to six months, the patients were satisfied with the appearance of the labias. Conclusion The aesthetic form and physiological function of the labias are perfect unified by combining with patients’ own characteristics to choose the individualized labia reduction surgery.
