眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定技术对术后重睑皱褶形态及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定技术对就医者术后重睑皱褶形态及并发症的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2016年9月-2020年12月收治的行切开重睑成形术就医者125例,随机数表法分为观察组62例和对照组63例,对照组行皮肤-上睑提肌腱膜固定法重睑成形术,观察组行眼轮匝肌-提上睑肌腱膜固定技术,对比两组就医者重睑线宽度、术后肿胀情况和并发症情况。结果:观察组术后重睑线宽度变化、术后肿胀评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的20.63%(P<0.05)。结论:眼轮匝肌与提上睑肌腱膜固定技术术后重睑处不易产生显著凹陷,就医者上睑肿胀程度更小,且能够减少并发症发生率。Objective This research aims to explore the shape of double eyelid fold and complications in patients after orbicularis oculi muscle and levator palpabrae muscle aponeurosis fixation.Methods A total of 125 patients who underwent double blepharoplasty in the hospital were selected between September 2016 and December 2020.They were divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (63 cases) by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with double blepharoplasty via skin-levator palpabrae muscle aponeurosis fixation,while patients in observation group were treated with orbicularis oculi muscle-levator palpabrae muscle aponeurosis fixation.The width of double eyelid line,situation of postoperative swelling and complications in the two groups were observed.Results Changes in the width of double eyelid line at different time after operation,and postoperative swelling score of observation group were smaller/lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was 3.23%,lower than 20.63% in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Orbicularis oculi muscle and levator palpabrae muscle aponeurosis fixation causes little depression at double eyelid and upper eyelid swelling in patients.In addition,it can reduce the incidence of complications.
