加减玉容散凝胶眼膜治疗眶周色素沉着症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减玉容散凝胶眼膜治疗眶周色素沉着症的临床疗效。方法:将2019年1月-2020年9月笔者医院门诊收治的96例眶周色素沉着症就医者随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组48例取透明质酸眼膜贴敷在眶周色素沉着区,治疗组48例取加减玉容散凝胶眼膜贴敷在眶周色素沉着区。治疗结束后对比两组的临床疗效,测定两组皮肤颜色,评估两组眶周色素沉着症面积并进行评分,评估两组就医者满意度,统计两组并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组眶周色素沉着症的面积较治疗前减小,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比,眶周色素沉着症评分比治疗前上升,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);红斑指数(Erythema index,EI)及黑素指数(Melanin index,MI)值较治疗前均显著下降,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组L*值较治疗前上升,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加减玉容散凝胶眼膜治疗眶周色素沉着症疗效显著,且可改善眶周色泽亮度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Yurong powder gel eye film in the treatment of dark circles.Methods 96 patients with dark circles were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.48 patients in the control group took hyaluronic acid eye mask patch in the dark circle area,and 48 cases in the treatment group took the addition or subtraction of jade dispersion gel eye mask patch in the dark circle area.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the skin color of the two groups was measured,the area of dark circles in the two groups was evaluated and scored,the patient satisfaction of the two groups was assessed,and the complications of the two groups were counted.Results After 3 courses of treatment,it was found that the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),the area of dark circles in the treatment group was smaller than that before treatment,and the score of dark circles in the treatment group was higherthan that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).EI and MI,and the area of dark circles in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The value of L* in both groups was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yurong powder gel eye film is effective in the treatment of dark circles and can improve the color and luster around the orbit.
