医学美容专业创新型复合型人才的培养——以《美容心理学》教学改革为例

摘　　要：在国家“一带一路”倡议大背景下,学院始终坚持以教学为中心,以改革教学内容、方法为重点,构建人才培养的“立交桥”;《美容心理学》作为学院医学美容专业的核心课程极受笔者单位重视,学院在教学目标设定、教学基地建设、教学方法改革、专业教材编写、任职能力提高五个方面进行了大胆地探索与实践,使医学美容教学质量的核心竞争力不断增强。既突出医学美容特色、增强学生岗位适应能力,又提升职业教育内涵、促进产学研深度融合;既提高专业人才培养质量,又扩大学院知名度,使海棠学院医学美容国际化路子越走越宽。Under the background of one country’s "one belt,one road" initiative,the college always adheres to the teaching centered approach,focusing on the reform of teaching contents and methods,and constructs the "flyover" of personnel training.As the core course of the medical cosmetology specialty of the college,the author’s hospital attaches great importance to beauty psychology.The author has made bold exploration and practice in five aspects:teaching goal setting,teaching base construction,teaching method reform,professional textbook compilation and job ability improvement,so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the quality of medical cosmetology teaching.In this way,not only have the features of medical cosmetology been highlighted,and students’ ability to adapt to their positions been enhanced,but the connotation of vocational education have also been deepened.The in-depth integration of production,education and research have also been promoted as well.Consequently,Medical Cosmetology will be more and more internationalized with its increasing quality of cosmetic professionals and its expanding popularity.
