思维导图结合目标责任制护理在颌面部外伤患者美容整形清创缝合术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究思维导图结合目标责任制护理在颌面部外伤患者美容整形清创缝合术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年6月在笔者医院治疗的85例颌面部外伤患者资料,按照是否进行思维导图结合目标责任制护理将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组48例,对照组37例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行思维导图结合目标责任制护理,采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评估两组抑郁、焦虑情况;采用视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)及语言描述量表(Verbal description scale,VDS)评估两组疼痛程度;比较两组应激指标[血清皮质醇(Corticosteroid,COR)及去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)]、护理质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、VDS评分、COR水平、NE水平均低于对照组,护理质量及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图结合目标责任制护理能有效改善颌面部外伤行美容整形清创缝合术患者心理状态、疼痛情况、应激情况、护理质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of mind map combined with target-oriented responsibility system nursing in patients with maxillofacial trauma undergoing cosmetic surgery debridement and suture.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 85 patients with maxillofacial trauma treated in the hospital between May 2020 and June 2021.According to presence or absence of the implementation,they were divided into the observation group (48 cases) and the control group (37 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given mind map combined with target-oriented responsibility system nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression in both groups were evaluated by SAS and SDS.The pain level in both groups was evaluated by VAS and VDS.The stress indexes (COR,NE),nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,VDS score,COR level and NE level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map combined with target-oriented responsibility system nursing can effectively improve psychological status,pain,stress,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in patients with maxillofacial trauma undergoing cosmetic surgery debridement and suture.
