摘　　要：脱发严重影响人们的外在形象,随着毛发移植术的普及,越来越多的脱发患者选择了毛发移植。毛发移植是将患者后枕部优势供区的部分毛囊,通过外科手术的方法移植到毛发缺失部位,用于治疗各种原因造成的毛发缺失。目前手术方式主要有三种:头皮条切取的毛发移植术、单个毛囊单位提取的毛发移植术及ARTAS~FUE技术的毛发移植术。本文就毛发移植术的发展史、相关概念、三种术式的特点、临床应用以及研究进展综述如下。Hair loss seriously affects people’s external image,with the popularity of hair transplantation,more and more hair loss patients choose hair transplantation.Hair transplantation is to transplant part of the hair follicles from the superior donor area of the patient’s posterior occipital region to the hair loss site by surgical method,which is used to treat the hair loss caused by various reasons.At present,there are three main surgical methods:scalp strip-cut hair transplantation,hair transplantation for single hair follicle unit extraction,and hair transplantation with ARTAS-FUE technology.This paper reviews the development history of hair transplantation,the related terms,the clinical application,the characteristics of the three surgical types,and the research progress as follows.
