摘　　要：开展耕读教育是农业高校落实立德树人根本任务,培养肩负强农兴农时代新人的重要途径。四川农业大学以兴天下之农事为己任,研究提出高校耕读教育的三个发展阶段:生产劳动阶段,劳动教育阶段,耕读教育阶段。确立新时代耕读教育指导思想,以新农科内涵建设为引领,对接乡村振兴战略人才需求,创新构建了“蜀韵耕读”教育育人体系:一是组建“三育”师资队伍支撑体系;二是创建“三读”课程育人体系;三是创构“三耕”实践育人体系;四是架构耕读教育全方位保障体系。该体系的创新与实践,助力培养了一批“学农为农”情怀深厚、“强农兴农”能力突出和“知农爱农”服务乡村振兴的建设者和接班人。Carrying out farming and reading education is essential for agricultural universities to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue and cultivating new talents who have faith in strengthening and promoting agriculture. Sichuan Agricultural University takes the development of agriculture as its own responsibility, researches, and puts forward three development stages of farming and reading education: production labor stage, labor education stage, and farming and reading education stage. It establishes the guiding ideology of farming and reading education in the new ear, takes the connotation construction of the new agricultural discipline as guidance and meets the talent demand of the rural revitalization strategy, constructs the educational system of “Shuyun Gengdu” innovatively: first, to establish the supporting system of three types of teaching staff;second, to create the curriculum education system of three kinds of reading content;third, to build the practice of education system of three kinds of farming;and fourth, to establish a comprehensive guarantee system for farming and reading education. The innovation and practice of the education system of “Shuyun Gengdu” have played a great role in cultivating the builders and successors of rural revitalization who have a deep passion for learning from agriculture for agriculture, have outstanding abilities in strengthening and promoting agriculture, and have faith in knowing and loving agriculture.
