摘　　要：研究运用文献分析法,梳理高校学术委员会制度建设与实践研究现状,以16所农林高校学术委员会章程为研究样本,从校学术委员会委员组成、产生方式、组织结构和职责四个方面进行对比研究,指出了农林高校学术委员会运行中存在的问题,提出了加强高校学术委员会制度建设、健全高校学术委员会运行机制、提升高校学术委员会治理能力等推进学术委员会建设的思考。This study uses the literature analysis method to sort out the current situation of academic committee system construction and practice research in universities. Taking academic committees’ charters of 16 agriculture and forestry universities as the research sample, this study carries out a comparative study from four aspects: the member composition of the academic committee in universities, the producing mode, the organizational structure, and the duties. It points out the problems existing in the operation of academic committees in agricultural and forestry universities, puts forward some suggestions on promoting the construction of academic committees, strengthening the system construction of academic committees, perfecting the operating mechanism of academic committees, and enhancing the governance ability of academic committees.
