摘　　要：中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,煤炭企业作为支撑国家能源经济和安全的基本单元,其高质量发展问题亟须解决。目前煤炭行业内外部环境瞬息万变,探究环境对煤炭企业高质量发展的影响有重要意义。利用2010—2019年中国沪深A股上市煤炭企业数据,基于资源依赖理论视角考察了煤炭企业环境丰富性对其高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。研究表明:环境丰富性能显著促进煤炭企业高质量发展水平。上述结论在经过多重稳健性检验后依然显著成立。机制分析发现,环境丰富性能够通过促进企业积极履行社会责任和缓解企业融资约束的路径推动煤炭企业高质量发展。China’s economy has achieved a stage of high-speed growth to high-quality development. As the basic unit to support the country’s energy economy and security, the high-quality development problems of coal enterprises need to be solved urgently. At present, the internal and external environment of the coal industry changes rapidly. It is of great significance to explore the impact of environment on the high-quality development of coal enterprises. Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed coal enterprises from 2010 to 2019,this paper investigates the impact of environmental richness on the high-quality development of coal enterprises and its mechanism from the perspective of resource dependence theory. The research shows that the rich environmental performance significantly promotes the high-quality development level of coal enterprises. The above conclusion is still significant after multiple robustness tests. The mechanism analysis found that environmental richness can promote the high-quality development of coal enterprises by promoting enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and easing corporate financing constraints.
