摘  要:[目的/意义]识别技术领域的重点研发方向并掌握重点研发方向的当前布局形势,对于科研管理者、技术研发人员全面了解该领域并进行战略性技术布局具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从专利技术功效视角,提出基于内容的领域重点研发方向识别和布局分析框架。首先,通过领域技术分解和细粒度的专利数据功效标引,构建基于专利技术内容的技术功效矩阵,以技术功效揭示技术研发对象及技术改进方向。然后,提出领域重点研发方向识别方法,并构建时间和空间分析维度相结合的领域重点研发方向布局分析框架,从时间维度上分析重点研发方向的演变趋势和维持情况,从空间维度上分析主要国家和主要申请人重点研发方向布局情况,全面把握领域重点研发方向的布局形势。最后,以第三代功率半导体领域进行实证研究。[结果/结论]从技术功效视角研究领域重点研发方向和布局形势,是从专利文献的技术内容出发,对领域关键研发对象、改进方向、技术布局策略的深度揭示,实证研究表明该分析框架对全面掌握领域重点研发方向和布局形势具有可行性。[Purpose/Significance]Identifying the key research directions of a technical field and mastering their layout situations of the key research directions are of great significance to fully understand the field and carry out strategic technology layout for managers and technical researchers.[Method/Process]This study proposed a content-based framework for the field's key research directions identification and layout analysis from the perspective of patent technology-effect.Firstly,through field technology decomposition and fine-grained eficacy labeling of patent data,the technology-fect matrix based on patented technology content was constructed to reveal the technical research objects and their improvement directions.Then,it proposed an identification method of the field's key research directions and constructed a layout analysis framework of the field's key research directions combined with time and space dimensions.This paper analyzed the evolution trend and maintenance of key research directions from the time dimension,and analyzed the layout of key research directions of major countries and major applicants from the spatial dimension.Finally,an empirical study was carried out in the field of the third-generation power semiconductor.[Result/Conclusion]Study on the field's key research directions and the layout from the perspective of patent technology-effect deeply reveals the field key research objects,improvement directions and technology layout strategies based on the technical content of patent documents.The empirical research shows that this analysis framework is feasible for comprehensively mastering the field's key research directions and layout situations.
