新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间临床用血状况分析及供血策略

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corna Virus disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间甘肃某地区临床用血状况,制定供血策略。方法:回顾性分析、比较甘肃某地区2020年1月25日至5月11日发生第一轮新冠疫情时及2018年、2019年同时期100多家用血单位的用血数据,该地区2021年10月18日至11月27日发生第二轮新冠疫情时及2020年同时期的用血数据。结果:总用血量2020年1月25日至5月11日与2018年同期相比略有减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),上述两时期与2019年同期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总用血量2021年10月18日至11月27日与2020年同期相比明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新冠肺炎患者用血量占总用血量的份额较小。6家三级医院2018—2020年三个时期用血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新冠疫情发生期间总用血量有所减少,但三级医院变化不大,非新冠肺炎患者的临床用血占主要地位,必须要加强血液库存管理,制定供血策略,以保障临床用血。Objective:To explore clinical blood usage in a place of Gansu during COVID-19 pandemic and establish blood supply strategy.Methods:The data of blood use in more than 100 units in the same period of 2018 and 2019,and in the first round of COVID-19 pandemic between January,25 and May 11,2020 in a place of Gansu were retrospectively analyzed and compared,as well as the data of blood use in the same period of 2020 and in the second round of COVID-19 pandemic between October 18,2021 and November 27,2021 in the same place.Results:The total blood consumption between January 25 and May 11,2020 was slightly lowered compared with the same period in 2018,while the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05),the difference had statistical meaning when the two periods above were compared with the same period of 2019(P<0.05).The total blood consumption from October 18,2021 to November 27,2021 was remarkably reduced compared with the same period of 2020(P<0.05).The share of blood use of COVID-19 in total blood use was smaller.The difference had no statistical meaning in blood consumption between three periods of 2018 and 2020 in six tertiary hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total blood consumption have reduced during COVID-19 pandemic,however,the change in tertiary hospitals is insignificant,clinical blood use of non-COVID-19 patients hold the main position,we should enhance blood inventory management,and formulate blood supply strategy to guaranteem clinical blood use.
