摘　　要：在脑卒中后因假性球麻痹引起吞咽障碍患者中应用球囊扩张术(双腔气囊导尿管),能有效改善患者的吞咽功能,降低呛咳、误吸等并发症的发生率。从护理的角度分析如何使护理团队对吞咽障碍患者的管理更加全面和标准,使球囊扩张术成为规范的常规护理操作技术,为进一步研究及推广应用该技术奠定基础。Balloon dilatation(double chamber balloon catheter)has been applied in training patients with dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke,it could effectively improve swallowing function,and lower the incidences of the complications including choking cough and aspiration.From the perspective of nursing,how to make the nursing team's management of patients with dysphagia more comprehensive and standard,and make balloon dilatation a standard routine nursing operation technique coud lay the foundation for further research and application of the technology.
