摘  要:“金课”建设是当前高等教育一流本科课程建设的核心任务,针对制药工艺学课程教学中存在的问题,我们以学生的发展为中心,从教学设计、教学内容、教学模式、课程资源、实践教学、过程性考核等方面进行了SPOC混合式教学改革。基于OBE理念的混合式教学克服了传统教学的弊端,消除了课时缩减和合理“增负”之间的矛盾,激发了学生的学习兴趣,开阔了学生的视野,提高了学生的课堂参与度,培养了学生的探究式学习能力,提高了学生的创新思维能力,提升了课程的“两性一度”,为制药工艺学“金课”建设奠定了基础。The construction of"Golden Courses"is the core task of first-class undergraduate courses construction in higher education.In view of the problems in the teaching of pharmaceutical technology,we explored the blended teaching reform of SPOC from the aspects of teaching design,teaching content,teaching mode,curriculum resources,practical teaching,process assessment and so on,focusing on the development of students.The mixed teaching based on OBE concept overcomes the disadvantages of traditional teaching,solves the contradiction between class hour reduction and reasonable"Burden Increase",inspired students’interest in learning,broadens students’horizons,enhances students’class participation,cultivate students’inquiry learning ability,improves students’innovative thinking ability,promotes the"High-level,Innovation and Challenging"of the course,and lays a foundation for the construction of pharmaceutical technology"Golden Courses".
