摘 要:二阶锥优化算法已在辐射网静态电压稳定极限(static voltage stability limitation,SVSL)的求解问题中得到了应用。然而,新能源的输出波动或测量误差等因素会导致SVSL的波动。为此,基于锥优化和凸松弛技术,提出一种考虑辐射网数据不确定性的能够直接计算SVSL精确波动区间的多项式时间算法。基于所提算法,给出PV曲线波动区间追踪方法。在多个IEEE标准系统上对所提算法和PV曲线波动区间追踪方法进行测试,并与蒙特卡洛(MonteCarlo,MC)仿真结果和仿射算法(affine arithmetic-based method,AA)进行比较,验证算法的有效性。Conic optimization has been used to solve the solution of static voltage stability limitation(SVSL) in distribution network. However, data fluctuation from new energy or measurement error leads to fluctuation of SVSL.Thus, a static voltage stability analysis method based on dual theory and convex relaxation was proposed to obtain exact fluctuation interval of SVSL in polynomial time, with consideration of data uncertainty in distribution network. Based on the proposed method, a method for tracing the fluctuation region of PV curves was given. The proposed method was tested on several IEEE standard systems to show its efficacy with comparison of Monte Carlo(MC) simulations and affine arithmetic-based method(AA).
