摘 要:交替极永磁电机即极性相同或相异的永磁体由凸极铁芯替代,在保证高转矩密度的同时提高永磁材料利用率,但其气隙磁密不对称。该文建立气隙磁密非对称下的齿槽转矩数学模型,阐明磁场谐波与齿槽转矩的关系,揭示不同极槽配合下非对称气隙磁场中的偶次谐波对齿槽转矩的影响规律。研究气隙磁密偶次谐波对反电势和电磁转矩脉动的影响,基于绕组理论研究极槽配合对交替极永磁电机反电势偶次谐波和电磁转矩脉动的影响。加工交替极永磁电机,对以上理论分析进行实验验证。Consequent pole(CP) permanent magnet(PM)machines, i.e., PMs with the same or different polarity are replaced by salient pole iron core, which can improve the utilization of PM material while ensuring high torque density.However, its air-gap flux density is asymmetry. Hence, the cogging torque model of CP PM machine was established under asymmetry air-gap flux density. The relationship between the magnetic field harmonics and the cogging torque was illustrated, and the influence of air-gap flux density even-order harmonics on cogging torque with different pole slots was revealed. The influences of air-gap flux density even-order harmonics on back-EMF and electromagnetic torque ripple were studied. Based on the winding theory, the influences of slot and pole combinations on back-EMF even-order harmonics and torque ripple were investigated. The CP PM machine was manufactured and the theoretical analysis was verified by experiments.
