妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮+曼月乐环治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮+曼月乐环治疗DUB的临床疗效。方法选取进行治疗的90例DUB患者,采用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用妇科止血灵片联合米非司酮的治疗方式;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用曼月乐环进行治疗,两组均连续用药1个月。分析比较两组FSH、LH、P值水平;计算临床治疗有效率和发生不良反应的比例。结果治疗后,观察组FSH、LH、P值指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效为95.56%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);观察组出现不良反应情况为6.67%,低于对照组的22.2%(P<0.05)。结论采用止血灵片联合米非司酮+曼月乐环的方式治疗DUB,可以取得较好的临床效果,降低不良发应发生情况,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of FukeZhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone and Mirena in the treatment of DUB.Methods A total of 90 DUB patients received treatment were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FukeZhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone;The observation group was treated with Mirena on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated with the drug for 1 month.Analyze and compare the levels of FSH,LH,and P values between the two groups;calculate the effective rate of clinical treatment and the proportion of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the FSH,LH,and P values of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.56%(P<0.05);The adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 22.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of DUB with Zhixueling tablets combined with mifepristone+Mirena can achieve better clinical effects and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
