摘 要:以瓜类细菌性果斑病菌接种哈密瓜幼苗叶片,测定不同接种浓度、接种后不同时间以及乙酸溶液不同pH对病菌致病力及生物膜形成的影响。结果表明,接种后病菌能在哈密瓜幼苗叶片上形成生物膜;随着接种浓度的提高和接种后时间的延长,哈密瓜叶片发病率和病情指数上升;相应发病叶片被染色的面积增大,结晶紫染色加深,病菌致病力与其生物膜形成量呈正相关;另外,低pH的乙酸溶液对该菌的致病力与生物膜形成具有明显的抑制作用。We inoculated seedling leaves of Hami melon with Acidovorax citrulli(Ac)and determined the effects of inoculation concentration,incubation time,and pH of the acetic acid solution on Ac pathogenicity and biofilm formation.The results showed that Ac could form biofilm on Hami melon leaves.With the increase of inoculation concentration and the prolongation of incubation time,the incidence and disease index of Hami melon blotch on leaves increased.At the same time,the staining area of diseased leaves gradually increased,and the color of crystal violet staining deepened,indicating that the pathogenicity of Ac was positively correlated with the amount of biofilm formation.In addition,the low pH acetic acid solution had a significant inhibitory effect on the pathogenicity and biofilm formation of Ac.
