摘  要:采用平板对峙法测定生防菌棘孢木霉菌HG1和枯草芽孢杆菌Tpb55及其代谢产物对耐药性灰霉病菌CJ-8的抑制作用,并通过开展离体果实接种试验评价生防菌对灰霉病的防治效果。平板对峙试验结果显示棘孢木霉菌HG1和枯草芽孢杆菌Tpb55均能抑制灰霉菌的菌丝生长,抑制率分别为71.4%和53.0%;HG1的无菌代谢液抑菌作用不明显,而Tpb55及两株菌共培养的无菌代谢液均具抑菌作用,抑制率分别为76.5%、85.6%。葡萄果实接种试验结果显示两种生防菌对果实的保护作用优于治疗作用,两者对灰霉病菌侵染的抑制率高于对照药剂啶酰菌胺,具有开发为生防菌剂的潜力,用以防控由耐(抗)药性灰葡萄孢引起的病害。We used the dual culture assay to explore the inhibitory effect of biocontrol bacteria Trichoderma asperellum HG1,Bacillus subtilis Tpb55,and their metabolites on multi-agent resistant Botrytis cinerea(CJ-8)in this study.Furthermore,we used in vitro grape fruit inoculation test to evaluate the control effect of these biocontrol bacteria on B.cinerea.The results of the dual culture showed that both T.asperellum HG1 and B.subtiliss Tpb55 could inhibit the growth of B.cinerea,and the inhibition rate was 71.4%and 53.0%respectively.The sterile metabolic solution of Tpb55 and HG1-Tpb55 co-culture had the inhibitory effect on CJ-8,with an inhibition rate of 79.1%and 85.6%,respectively.The results of the in vitro test showed that the two biocontrol bacteria had a better protective effect than the therapeutic effect on the fruit,and the inhibition rate was higher than that of the acetaminophen treatment.Trichoderma asperellum HG1 and Bacillus subtilis Tpb55 can be further developed and applied as biocontrol agents against diseases caused by Botrytis cinerea.
