摘　　要：北京冬奥会的成功举办为我国冬季运动项目的推广与普及起到了积极影响,也对冰雪运动在全国的普及和冰雪文化的传承与发展提出了更高的要求。黑龙江省依托优越的自然资源、独特的地理环境、浓厚的冰雪教育氛围,可以积极推动冰雪经济及相关产业发展,促进冰雪文化的传承与创新。通过挖掘黑龙江省冰雪体育文化的内涵,探索促进冰雪体育文化传承与发展的新策略,从基础、形式、技术、项目等方面对冰雪体育文化进行创新,为黑龙江省冰雪体育工作打开全新局面。With the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, it has a positive influence in promoting and popularizing the winter sports in our country and also put forward higher requirements for the population of ice and snow sports in nationwide and inheritance and development of ice and snow culture.Heilongjiang province can positively facilitate ice and snow economy and the related industry development,promoting inheritance and innovation of ice and snow culture by virtue of its superior natural resources, unique geographical environment and grumous ice and snow education atmosphere. By exploring the connotation of ice and snow sports culture in Heilongjiang Province, exploring new strategies to promote inheritance and development of ice and snow culture, The innovation of ice and snow sports culture from the aspects of foundation, form, technology and projects can open up a new situation for the ice and snow sports work in Heilongjiang Province.
