体教融合理念下东北高校学生体质测试与冰雪运动精准结合的路径探究

摘　　要：新时期冬奥会项目精英人才培养的单一模式已不能满足需要,目前我国正在努力建立完整的体教融合精英冰雪人才培养体系。通过体质测试,能够发掘一批具有冰雪运动潜力的大学生作为后备人才。东北地区冰雪运动历史悠久,体质测试更应该突出地区特点,与冰雪运动精准结合,挖掘人才发挥潜力,促进学生体质和健康水平的提高,为冰雪竞技体育和全民健康事业发展助力。In the new era, the single mode of elite talent training for The Winter Olympic Games can’t meet the needs. At present, China is trying to establish a complete elite talent training system combining sports and education. Through the physical fitness test, a group of college students with winter sports potential can be found as reserve talents. Northeast China has a long history of winter sports, so the physical fitness test should highlight the regional characteristics, accurately combine with winter sports, give full play to the potential of talent mining,promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness and health level, and help the development of winter sports and national health cause.
