摘  要:随着大型集成电路技术的不断发展,本安回路的相关电气设备具有低功耗、低成本、高可靠性的特点,石化项目的本安防爆技术应用越来越受重视,但在具体的设计工作中还存在诸多问题。本文针对本安回路SIF在设备参数匹配及其电缆类型选择和长度计算的问题,介绍了GB3836.4-2010中设备分类的方法以及IEC60079-14中具体参数匹配的方法,进而提出实际工程设计中需要进行参数匹配的常见设备,以及举例说明了此类设备的匹配验算具体如何进行;介绍了工程设计中的电缆的工程惯例,进而通过电缆长度计算案例说明了参数匹配在电缆选择和长度计算中的关联性以及具体的计算方法,供石化项目设计中提高安全回路设计相关的工作效率。With the continuous development of large-scale integrated circuit technology,the electrical equipment related to intrinsically safe circuits has the characteristics of low power consumption,low cost and high reliability,and the application of intrinsic security explosion-proof technology in petrochemical projects has received more and more attention.However,there are still many problems in the specific design work.This paper introduces the equipment classification method in GB3836.4-2010 and the specific parameter matching method in IEC60079-14,aiming at the problem of equipment parameter matching and cable type selection and length calculation in the intrinsic safety loop SIF.Then the common equipment for parameter matching in practical engineering design is put forward,and an example is given to illustrate how to carry out the matching checking calculation of such equipment.This paper introduces the engineering practice of cable in engineering design,and illustrates the correlation of parameter matching in cable selection and length calculation and the specific calculation method through cable length calculation case.Improve work efficiency related to safety loop design in petrochemical project design.
