摘 要:为提升天津石化1000万吨/年常减压装置的智能化水平,在常减压装置进一步开展IPC全流程智能控制的开发及应用,包括智能PID控制、多变量智能控制、智能函数控制等。在常减压装置应用后,装置自控率、平稳率大大提升,换热终温提升2℃,常压炉出口温差降至0.6℃,减压炉出口温差降至1.1℃,操作工作量减少了67%以上,装置报警数量减少65%以上,装置能耗降低7.57%。经核算,每年可增加经济效益1519.2万元。In order to improve the intelligent operation level of Tianjin Petrochemical 10 million T/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the development and application of IPC whole process intelligent control,including intelligent PID control,multivariable intelligent control and intelligent function control,have been carried out in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.After the application of this intelligent control technology to the atmospheric pressure reducing device,the automatic control rate and stability rate of the device are greatly improved.The final heat exchange temperature is increased by 2℃,the temperature difference at the outlet of the atmospheric pressure furnace is reduced to 0.6℃,and the temperature difference at the outlet of the vacuum furnace is reduced to 1.1℃,reducing the operation workload.The number of equipment alarms was reduced by more than 67%,and the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit was reduced by 7.57%.Through accounting,the annual economic benefit can be increased by 15.192 million yuan.
