摘  要:汽包水位控制是实现联合循环机组安全稳定运行的关键,其汽包水位参量自身的复杂性造成汽包水位控制困难。结合汽包水位参量的多变难控特性以及控制方法的难适应性,在分析实践当前主要的汽包水位控制方法后,从优化稳定控制参量的角度,提出了一种协调式汽包水位控制方案。该方法在控制逻辑上按照传统方式设定切换外,汽包水位控制从参数角度分两步稳步实现,即采用给水泵变频调节泵出口母管压力,给水调节阀全程控制在压力稳定状况的汽包水位。该方法有效地提高了汽包水位控制的稳定性。The drum level’s control of gas-steam combined cycle unit is a key for its safe and steady operation,the complexity of the detected level value make it difficult to control.Therefore,due to the complicated parameter change and the difficult adaptability of the control method,a scheme of the coordinated drum level’s control was proposed from the point of optimization of the parameters after the current major control methods were provided.The coordinated drum level’s control scheme realize the control function by following the basic traditional logic,more important two separate coordinated loops were proposed,which dispose the control as the feed water pressure modulated by variable frequency pump and the drum level modulated by the modulating valve in the whole process,which would promote the performance of such control.
