摘  要:目的:检测不同生境人参(园参、林下参)茎叶总皂苷对环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将80只小鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,园参茎叶总皂苷低、中、高剂量组(10、20、40mg/kg),林下参茎叶总皂苷低、中、高剂量组(10、20、40mg/kg)。以环磷酰胺构建小鼠免疫抑制模型,除正常组与模型组外,其余各组小鼠给予不同剂量的园参、林下参茎叶总皂苷治疗。检测各组小鼠血清IgG、IgM水平与外周血CD3^(+)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)细胞百分率。结果:与空白组相比,模型组小鼠血清IgG、IgM水平显著降低(P<0.01),CD3^(+)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)比例降低(P<0.01),CD3^(+)CD8^(+)比例升高(P<0.01);园参、林下参茎叶总皂苷各剂量组小鼠血清IgG、IgM水平较模型组明显升高(P<0.01),给药剂量等同时林下参茎叶总皂苷的效果更优。较模型组,园参、林下参茎叶总皂苷各剂量组小鼠血液CD3^(+)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)比例显著升高(P<0.05),CD3^(+)CD8^(+)比例显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:园参、林下参茎叶总皂苷均能增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,在改善体液免疫方面,林下参茎叶总皂苷的效果更好。Objective:To compare the effects of total saponins from the stems and leaves of Ginseng in different habitats(Forest mountain ginseng,Garden ginseng)on the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.Methods:80mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group of garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins(10,20,40mg/kg),low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group of forest mountain ginseng stem-leaf saponins(10,20,40mg/kg).Mice with immunosuppression were induced by cyclophosphamide.Except for the blank control group and the model group,mice in other groups were treated with different doses of forest mountain ginseng stem-leaf saponins and garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins.The levels of serum IgG and IgM of mice in each group were detected;the percentage of CD3^(+),CD3^(+)CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)CD8^(+)cells in the peripheral blood were measured.Results:Compared with the blank group,the serum IgG and IgM levels and the percentage of CD3^(+)and CD3^(+)CD4^(+)cells are significantly lower(P<0.01),and the percentage of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)cells is significantly higher(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the serum IgG and IgM levels are significantly increased in the mountain ginseng stem-leaf saponins group and garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins group(P<0.01),and the effect of mountain Ginseng stem-leaf saponins group is better under the same dosage.In addition,the percentage of CD3^(+)and CD3^(+)CD4^(+)cells in mountain ginseng stem-leaf saponins group and garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins group are both higher than those in model group(P<0.05),and the percentage of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)cells is lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins and forest ginseng stem-leaf saponins can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice,the humoral immunomodulatory effect of mountain ginseng stem-leaf saponins is stronger than that of garden ginseng stem-leaf saponins.
