林爱珍教授运用“增水行舟法”治疗老年功能性便秘诊治经验

摘　　要：老年功能性便秘作为常见的胃肠道疾病,是指缺乏器质性病变、结构异常及代谢障碍的功能性肠疾患,临床上以大便秘结不通、粪质干结、排便时间延长或不延长但排便困难为特点。林爱珍教授在临床施治时常运用“增水行舟”法治疗津液亏虚型便秘,疗效显著,介绍其诊治经验,并附典型病例,以资借鉴。Senile functional constipation is one of the common gastrointestinal diseases.It refers to functional bowel disorders lacking organic diseases,structural abnormalities and metabolic disorders.Clinically,it is characterized by obstructive constipation,dry feces,prolonged or not prolonged defecation time but difficulty in defecation.Professor Lin Aizhen often uses the method of“increasing water and running boat”to treat body fluid deficiency constipation during clinical treatment,and the effect is remarkable.Now the diagnosis and treatment experience is introduced as follows,and typical cases are attached for reference.
